Coolness of home is Bliss.....

I've come off day shift, so my body just automatically woke me up on Tuesday morning at 4:45am.

"I'm going to have a health kick this week", thought I.

I got up, got my bathers out and decided for an early morning swim followed by aqua aerobics. Well, I was down to the gym by 5.30. It was CLOSED! Bugga, well, The pool opens at 6.30, so I'll go and have breakfast. Mcdonalds pancakes should be ok, seeing that I'm going to exercise every day for the next week. Well, I drove past Maccas and it was CLOSED. Damn........just a few more minutes till opening time. So I drove to my postbox to get my last fortnights mail. I had a key, so I thwarted the CLOSED demon for that few seconds.

By the time I had come round and done a lap, Maccas was open. Yay!
Driving along with aroma de pancake wafting up my nose, I made my way thru the grumpy bastards driving to work after their 4 day holiday, and landed out the front of the gym.

She was open now, but the pool still had half an hour to go.

After splooshing maple syrup down my jarmies (yes, i had uggs on too) and a couple of ciggies, my health kick was about to begin.

In I wandered, big green environmental shopping bag bulging with my towel, bathers, clothes i was going to wear for the day, a shampoo packet I found from a magazine and some deodorant.

"May I please buy a free swim pass and an aqua aerobics class"

"Oh I'm terribly sorry maam" said the pristine looking desk lady princess, to the ugg boot clad, maple syrup dripping bag lady who had obviously never excercised a day in her life. "The heater for the pool has broken down, so the pool is closed all this week".

Now that deserves a "Faaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkkkkkkd!"

So I went shopping, early.

But wait, there's more.......
I went shopping really early to beat the mad crowds.

At about 10am, good mate drags me on a rescue mission, she had to take a car to the mechanics, and she also had a few errands to run, at ...............a shopping centre. Arrggghhh......After deciding that we didn't want to stand in line at the Motor Registration Office for 5 hours, we made our way, much to my disgust , to the Post Office.

Good mate was fucking lucky that there were only 5 people in line.

Then, went to lunch with gm and trippi's surrogate mother. Very nice.

That afternoon I made peace with someone whom I've had a misunderstanding with since January.

Lets just say that we kissed and made up, much to everyone's relief.

You know who you are, and you know that I will always love you, no matter what!!!!!!
