Adrenalin Rush or What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi honeys I'm home.
I've been to Barrow Island to rig up a unit. Went via Perth, after five days on the island I went back to Perth to do my HUET (helicopter underwater escape training).
I have escaped from a helicopter that was turned upsidedown and submerged under 2 meters of water with me strapped in the seat and fully clothed seven times. The last time with my lifejacket and all the gear on. I would have drowned in real life on my 6th attempt, cos I fucked up and panicked. But I learnt from it, so the final attempt went flawlessly.
I cannot put the experience into words. I am still very traumatised by the entire thing. When I calm down about it I will go into some detail if you are interested in hearing about it.
What else have I done, every thing else kinda pales in comparison to that.
I've put out three different sorts of fires, escaped from a smoke filled double story house with no light and only got out by my sense of touch.
I've jumped into water from 20 meters up.
Twice!
Deployed a life raft (and gotten into it - that was the hard part - damn breasts and lifejacket got in the way).
I've been winched out of the water by a helicopter, the rescuers were really sexy. I can finally say I've been rescued by a big strong man. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Last but not least I've escaped a burning oil rig by getting into a fully enclosed life boat that drops about 30 meters into the ocean.
I've aged about 10 years.
I've also seen about 8 films of crashing helicopters, burning oil rigs, people on fire in real life, and pretty much watching people drown. That was just before strapping myself into a chopper that was about to turn upsidedown underwater.

glad your back and in one piece so to speak! shesssshhhhh you been through th wringer , do you have a death wish or is just that hard to find a handsome good man to rescue u over there , what a girl will do to get a bit!I thought you were never coming back ,you were just wicked busy, insane , but sounds like alot of excitement . ARE you OK? and yes us in bloggerville want to know juicy tid bits. when your ready :)really glad your OK
