My new offsider.....
.......whom I last worked with about 3 years ago, is a little mental. Or rather, is driving me mental.
His crewchange got put back for 3 days. Well, shit......if his did, that means mine did too. Do you hear me bitching and moaning and carrying on - hmnn .... scrap that thought.
The thing is, he will do nothing to help himself. He doesn't believe it when I say the boss cannot legally force us to do extra long hitches, he doesn't belive that he has free will - he doesn't believe that he can tell the boss that he "won't come out to the POD" after only having one day at home.
Arrrggghhhh
And when one of our other crew members got the shits up and told the boss he wasn't coming out cos he hadn't had a decent break in a year (fair enough - good for him), non believing offsider cracked the even bigger shits cos it meant it stuffed up "his" crew change.
If NBO would stop letting town walk all over him, stop being a "yes" man all the fucking time, grow some frigging balls and say "no" once in a while, then he might have something to complain about.
You can't agree to do long irregular hitches, and then turn around to your offsider and bitch and moan about it.

Glad to hear it , it was a while before you answered you had me on pins and needles girl! ha ha ,,,,, I hope things get brighter for you and think of all the things you have from working in the Twillight Zone! a house is wonderful to start .
