Flirts are everywhere.........

Yesterday morning, as i was waiting for my bus, I noticed a fellow staring at me.

Now, I dont know why people are staring at me all the time, yeah Im a little chubbier than your average parisian, but my clothes are generally nice, my hair is neat, Im even wearing a little makeup to work everyday.

Anyway, this guy yesterday followed me to my office whilst professing his love to me, and eventually asked me back to his hotel.

It was 8.30 am!

I should have gone..........................sigh!

at midnight last night was fantastic.

Cruise of the river Seine on Saturday beautiful.

Remind me to tell you about my crepe eating incident when i have more time.

I fear my jumper will never recover!

ok. Im here for 10 days.

1 day down and Ive been lost about 6 times

pretty poor form seeing that my hotel is one block away from the biggest train station there is.

Had an adventure on the train this morning - thought id be ok cos i had a lesson on how to get to the office by my boss yesterday - anyway, I was at the top of the stairs and i saw a train pull in, I ran to get on it, and before I knew it i was whisked off to some other part of paris. Took me an hour to get to my original starting point.

That will teach me to get on a train in a hurry without looking at the front of it to see where it is going.

sigh..........

French keyboards are not the friendly qwerty boards i know, for example;

did i mention that i dont speak a word of french.

lost 5 times already, not including this mornings adventure.

At least i will know how to get to paris disneyland this weekend!

Isle of Skye

Hi guys, I've seen castles, patted a "Hairy Coo", gone for a wee walk or three.

Tomorrow is more touring of Scotland, followed by a sleep in a haunted castle. The next day is Lock Ness.

Then back to Edinbourough (which is the most fantastic city I've ever seen - I mean, a castle on top of an extinct volcano overlooking the town, it doesn't get any better than that - oh, yes it does, during the Edinborough festival, which I am in town with!!!!!)

Then onto Paris, then back to London, then home again.

Photos in the next couple of weeks.

It's gonna take me that long cos I've taken about 500 of them, and I've room in my camera for another 875!

Oh, and I got locked in the toilet today, but more about that later (when I'm bored at work!)

(Mum, i got you a green bag or 5. I found the stationary section in Harrods and had a few hours of uncontrolled spending. I tried to ignore the exchange rate. I'll be posting all my stuff home cos I'll be fucked if I'm carrying it all over london.) I also found the chocolate section at Harrods. And....... I had afternoon tea there, looking all posh and fabulous. I almost cried right there on that stool I was so happy!!!!

Went out to the pub after the show last night, had a great night with some old friends. I had my first ride in a black cab (which was actually blue-due to advertising on the outside) They are friggin huge on the inside, and it only cost me £10 to get back to the hostel. For once I was the one crawling into bed at 3am.

I cannot believe that the majority of pubs here close at 11pm. WTF?????????????

Singapore airport.

Just got in. I was a bit emotional when i got off the flight cos i didn't know what to do, but then i found the smoking lounge, so everything is ok now. A really nice lady on my flight gave me a little bit of a pick me up, and showed me what to do.

So now I've got a pretty long stop over here in singers, then on to merry old london to visit the queen.

God, singapore airlines is the best!!!!

Ok, so now I've just got to not spend all my money at the airport here. this place is huge.
